This week I sit down with the always energetic, ever articulate Phil Harris. Phil is the owner of Harris Real Estate, South Australia’s largest privately owned real estate agency.
Phil is one of the most driven people I know. He was the most driven young agent when I first saw him work almost 10 years ago and is still up beat, up tempo and always traying to improve. Only one thing outmatches Phil’s desire to succeed and that is his desire to serve others.
Phil’s specific essay question was:
“Managing Director, Auctioneer, Namesake and Brain-Child of Harris Real Estate; you’ve created an Innovative Market Leader, with a renowned necessity for top quality service. What is it about your self-talk whether that be inner motivation or inner demons that push you to be relentlessly competitive? That push you to be at the top of your game?”
We cover all manner of principles of success, from Phil’s fear of failing through to his passionate pursuit of education. He dives into the changes he has experiences since becoming a family man and how he is slowly trying to reprogramme his brain to have faith, and let go of what he cannot control.
