Hey y'all, we're back! Or at least I'm back, Or at least I'm back haphazardly. I dunno if you've been following the news in the US, but we're having a crisis over here. Our democracy is in danger. So I've decided to retool the Writin' Nerdy podcast into a way for us to do our part in shoring up American democracy ahead of what are certain to be pivotal midterm elections in November of 2026. Stay tuned for more epiosdes like this: civics essays and speeches that highlight aspects of Amercian government and why the power of the US government stems from the PEOPLE, not an executive, president, or (God forbid) a king.
