I am an attorney that specializes in estate planning, probate, real property, small business formation, and contracts. I have my own firm (The Ala Firm) and I regularly speak at seminars and events. I was in construction litigation for 20+ years and I also ran a general contracting business (fix and flip) for a couple of years. My husband and I have done a major renovation on our own home as well. I am married, have two kids (ages 13 and 16) and in my "off" time I like to watch TV, work on my house, sing and volunteer.
