Reloading from his reschedule of 2 weeks ago is Mark Graham from GRILLA. Mark is the person behind this cooker and he will give us a little insight in to how this cooker was born and how it differes from some of the other pellet cookers on the market.
Doug Casten, Pitmaster of the Great Lenexa BBQ Battle joins me to recount this huge event. 184 teams (or so) battled for this spot...one of the biggest events to win all year!
Hour 2:
I-Que team member, restaurant owner and now cook book author, Andy "OC" Husbands joins me to talk about Wicked Good BBQ.
Helping me close the show is the Pitmaster of the hottest team on the KCBS circuit right now...and a friend of the show, Dan Hixon from 3-Eyz BBQ Team. Dan and the boys have won 4 out of their last 5 bbq events they have competed in to include the Covington, VA event this past weekend.
