Hour 1:
My first guest tonight just won the Midwest City, OK local Sam's Club National Tour event this past weekend. Jeff Brown, Pitmaster of Wildcatters Q Crew, will join me to recap the weekend, give us some background on his team and give us his take on some other barbecue and grilling related items.
Writer of the Grill Grrrl Blog and monthly contributor to the show, Robyn Lindars, joins me to talk about Memphis in May. Robyn, her Dad and Chris Grove from the Nibble Me Blog are going to give MIM a shot this year. We will see how they are prepping for the event and what they think their chances of winning are!
Hour 2:
Opening the 2nd hour is a well known teacher of the bbq and grilling industry, a professor of the BBQ business and the headmaster of The BBQ Institute (show sponsor), Konrad "Teddy Bear" Haskins!
