Well known as THEE best marketers in the industry, Heath will talk to us about their new YouTube series "Can You Grill It" as well as a number of other items to include their BBQ restaurant getting nominated in Food & Wine Magazine for the Best BBQ Joint in VA.
At 9:35pm EST, regular contributor to the show, Malcom Reed ofKiller Hogs BBQ Team, joins me to talk about the upcoming weekend. Killer Hogs will be loading in tomorrow to start preparations for the Memphis in May World Championship BBQ cook-off. Malcom will break down the contest and tell us what ke expects to happen this weekend.

At 10:14pm EST, first time guest to the show, and new author, Robert Rainford joins me to talk about his new book, "Born To Grill". Robert has a unique background and we will learn how he got in to this industry and see what some of his favorite dishes are to make for his friends and family.
At 10:35pm EST, Fred BErnardo, of Tasty Licks BBQ Supply, joins me to recap his big weekend at the Smoke In The Valley BBQ competition in Green Lane, PA. Fred will also talk a little bit more on his upcoming Tastyfest in June!
