Hour 1:
My first guest tonight (9:14pm EST) just won the 2012 Memphis in May BBQ World Championship this past weekend. Melissa Cookston, of Yazoo's Delta Q, will break down the win and give us her thoughts on the event.
At 9:35pm EST, regular contributor to the show, BBQ & Grilling expert Ted Reader joins me to hype his new book "Beerlicious". It just launched a week ago and Ted will take us through the journey of getting this book on paper.
Hour 2:
At 10:14pm EST, first time guest to the show, Tim Grant of TrueBud BBQ joins me. TrueBud has been one of the hottest teams on the BBQ Circuit over the past year and Tim will tell us how he got in to this sport.
At 10:35pm EST, Fast Eddy Maurin joins me to break down the 2012 BBQ Hall of Fame Inductees. This year the class includes Henry Ford, Johnny Trigg of SMokin' Triggers and...uh, Guy Fieri?? Ed will give us his take on the class as well as the state of BBQ as it sits right now. Ed is the creator of the ultra-popular FEC line of cookers that have won countless awards at BBQ events.
