2025 is set to be the slowest year in Lower Mainland real estate in 25 years. Greater Vancouver realtors said there were 23,800 home sales last year, nearly 25 per cent below the 10-year annual average. As for this year, there are mixed expectations. We ask listeners whether the real estate slowdown is a concern. Do we need to spur activity? Or is greater affordability worth it?
