Pastor Julie Miller was born and raised in Moultonborough, New Hampshire. She graduated from Eastern Nazarene College. The Fall after graduation Pastor Julie moving to the Shenandoah Valley after excepting a job as Children's Pastor at Harrisonburg First Church of the Nazarene in 2016.
