Description

In today’s episode the brothers discuss the Tarot and then give themselves a reading for the podcast. In the opening segment, after the customary listener messages, Drew shows Dean an interesting theory about the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto. Could he be the founder of Twitter, Jack Dorsey? We look at Georges St-Pierre’s description of a UFO sighting he had with some friends. We also have a look at a mechanical recreation of a hypercube. In the second segment we get straight into the Tarot. Dean explains the little he knows about it and we read some entries about Tarot in Modern Magick by Donald Michael Kraig. We discuss the Rider-Waite-Smith deck and the deck we’ll be using this episode, the Dark Wood Tarot. We follow the steps in the book to do a split hexagram spread. Drew formulates a question about the podcast and then we go through the entire reading, learning about the cards we draw as we go. If Tarot is as new to you as is was to us, we hope you learn something. If you are a little more seasoned with Tarot, please write in and enlighten us. We hope you enjoy!
