MAC Tip: Users Share Folders or Drives In this tutorial I will show you how to share your folders or hard drives on your home network, especially if you use Back To My Mac, and or use the same Admin user on both computers while you have regular users set up.
Example of a problem: When I turn File Sharing ON on my iMac, it doesn’t just share my “Public Folder” like I tell it to, it shares everything!!!… my entire hard disk and external drives attached.
