Hoy vamos a disfrutar con 12 joyas en clave de funk!!, ese género musical que nació entre mediados y finales de los años 60, cuando músicos principalmente afroamericanos fusionaron soul, jazz,ritmos iberoamericanos como el mambo y el rhythm and blues dando lugar a una nueva forma musical rítmica y bailable que ha enamorado a varias generaciones.
El funk reduce el protagonismo de la melodía y de la armonía y dota de mayor peso a la sección rítmica. Podría decirse que el objetivo de este estilo es sumergir al público en un universo en el que, al escuchar sus ritmos, sea prácticamente imposible resistirse a bailar.
