Doom's Corner is a small town with a big secret .... DOOM! More people than average die in Doom's Corner, but none of the deaths are ever ruled suspicious. That's because the town coroner, who has held the position for 40 years, always rules the deaths accidental. So when a young reporter named Cheryl Crowe (different spelling!) starts poking her nose into some hay bailing related deaths at the annual pumpkin festival, she quickly finds herself at the corner ... of DOOM! Will Crowe follow the winding road and unravel the mystery behind Doom Corner's death rate? Or will she discover that the last cut is also pretty deep?
