Today’s guest is Vera Neuenswander Schmitz. She is an elite athlete in the sport of Pole Vault and competed at the U.S. Olympic Trials in 2012 and 2016. She and her husband, Matt, live in Indiana. In today’s episode, we talk about how Vera got into pole vaulting and what challenges she has faced along the way. We talk about her experiences at the Olympic Trials.
