Heather has a background in running a design studio but decided to take several years off to care for her daughter who suffered from a brain injury.  When she was ready to return to the market, she began searching for the business needs and gaps. As she spoke with others, they identified presentations as a key business need that was unaddressed.  When she researched this area, she found that observation to be true.  With presentation design as her niche she found executives and educational professionals began to come her way seeking new and more impactful ways to share their message.  Heather quickly developed her own methodology for presentation and messaging skills.  Dart Design Studio was born two years ago and continues to grow with her unique service.

Work from the seeds of goodness within you.
When your work from your TOV, your business will be robust and full of joy for you and the people you serve.
You bring out the TOV in your clients if you operate from your TOV.
Embrace and be aware of the deeply good places within you.
Choose what you are good at in your work and do this.
It is a lot of work starting a business and you need the energy and drive to move it forward.
As women, we are used to wearing too many hats and often wear hats that don't fit us.
It is a choice if you wear the business hats that don't fit.
If you wear the business hats that fit you, you are operating from your TOV.
Make a choice to spend x amount of time each day doing the things that are not your business strengths.  Then move on.
It takes discipline and practice to make choices.
Be open to possibilities while remaining focused.
Stay focused on your business vision and mission.
There are many doors of possibilities for your business.
It is an attitude of possibilities that keeps your business alive and growing.
