Show notes:
There were times I felt like an imposter.
I saw each step in my career as an opportunity to leaders.
When a job becomes routine, it is time to do something else.
When someone tells you your job is eliminated you go to "they don't love or value me".
Move from destructive mode to constructive mode.
If you were to start today, what would you do differently?
Lesson 1:  Don't think it all has to be created by you or you have to do it yourself.
Ask others "how can I help you"?
Every time I gave I got more in return.
Lesson 2:  Get out there and try it
You have to narrow your scope and get focused.  Otherwise, the people looking for you can't find you.
The $$ you spend in support will come back to you.
Lesson 3:  Being BOLD serves you well.
You don't get anything you don't ask for.
You will be remembered more for the questions you ask than the answers you give.
