IFC Midnight released Super to theaters on September 12, 2010. James Gunn directs the film which stars Rainn Wilson, Ellen Page, and Liv Tyler.

Super Movie Summary
The film Super, Frank is a down on his luck fry cook whose girlfriend, Sarah, succumbs to her drug addiction and leaves him for a much richer, and better looking, drug dealer, Jacques. But Frank’s not going to take that lying down. Spurred by a full-on schizophrenic episode, Frank tries his hand as a superhero,the Crimson Bolt. Frank lets his rage off its leash in a violent rampage against lawbreakers and those with poor manners, armed only with a trusty pipe-wrench and enabled by his gleefully sociopathic girl sidekick, Boltie. Frank’s adventure culminates in a blood drenched showdown with Jacques, in order to rescue Sarah and to answer the question – can he make a difference?
