On Ask Win today (Wednesday, June 13, 2018), Best-Selling Author, Win C welcomes Matty Staudt. Matty started his career in radio at the at age of 16 in his small hometown in West Virginia. He has worked as a producer for CBS radio in DC, as an executive producer and programmer for WNEW in New York City, and for five years as executive producer and on air talent for KLLC’s “The Alice Morning Show,” in San Francisco - where he took the show to number one in the market. During this time he did voiceover work on the Pixar movie Cars. His character was Matti, the reporter. ​Seeing the potential in podcasting, he left KLLC in 2007 to become part of the startup team and the first director of content and community at Stitcher; the podcasting app that’s widely considered to be the most popular alternative to the default Apple podcast app. ​Having worked as a producer, consultant, and mentor throughout his career, Matty wanted to give back and started teaching at the Academy of Art University.
