Peggy Lee, de voz negra y sin estridencias, temperamental, de gustos dionisíacos y excesivos, se hizo mundialmente famosa con sus canciones, y con la interpretación de la canción "Fever", un tema tremendamente sensual y sexual. Falleció en 2002 a los 81 años.
