CEAR has created the campaign Acoge un plato (Take a Dish), which includes some recipes that accompanied refugees on their way to Spain. They are a total of 11 people with their corresponding recipe, to build a recipe book that is a real manifesto of the cultural enrichment that the refugees bring to our country.
