Wild Man Fischer (1944-2011) fue un músico callejero conocido por sus acappelas particulares, desafinadas y erráticas. Wild Man se promocionaba diciendoe star cantando un nuevo tipo de canciones, y por unas monedas podías encontrártelos cantando en el Sunset Strip de Hollywood. La mayor parte de su vida la pasa como vagabundo o internado en hospitales psiquiátricos (diagnositcado con paranoia, trastorno bipolar y esquizofrenia), se le apodó "el padrino de la música outsider". El disco que hoy presentamos An Evening with Wild Man Fischer fue producido por Frank Zappa para la disquera Bizarre.
