"Vertical Man" is the eleventh album by Sir Richard Starkey. The album was released on 1998 and it features the collaboration of fellow musician friends as Brian Wilson, Scott Weiland, Alanis Morrissette, Ozzy Osbourne, Tom Petty and Timothy B. Schmit. Old bandmates and friends, George Harrison and Paul McCartney also helped on the making of the album. The tracks were mixed by Beatles' sound engineer, Geoff Emerick and the production ran in charge of Ringo along with Mark Hudson.

También colaboraron sus viejos amigos y colegas de banda Paul McCartney y George Harrison. El ingeniero de los Beatles, Geoff Emerick, mezcló las pistas y Ringo y Mark Hudson fueron los productores.
