DESIREE LUETHY is the Chief Operating Officer and trainer for the Captivating Speakers and Captivating Kids
program. Desiree was personally mentored and coached by Chanti Niven, initially through the Toastmasters
International program, then in ongoing private coaching sessions and finally hands-on in business when she
elected to join CNI as an intern. Prior to joining the group, Desiree worked as Communications Coordinator
for Guitar Center Corporate Office. She is a self-starter with great initiative, energy and enthusiasm and
these traits are put to great use in our Communications programs
CHANTI NIVEN ChantiNiven.com a master communicator, is the founder and creator of the Captivating Speakers
and Captivating Kids program. She is passionate about advancing oral and written communication skills (both
personal and public) and has tirelessly dedicated herself to helping to improve communication and develop
leadership skills across the globe. She is a successful entrepreneur, multiple award-winning public speaking
champion and is a communications coach and executive trainer
ILona Europa Is a biggest fan of singer songwriter NOAH. His new "HIT" NO MORE ANGELS" is charting all
around the world.
