organizations in both developed and underdeveloped countries, helping establish school gardens and
incorporating environmental sustainability into curriculum. By teaching kids early about growing, preparing,
and eating food, Food Tank hopes to cultivate the next generation of youth that will understand the
importance of healthy living, as well as preserve culinary traditions of their cultures, regardless of where
they live in the world.
