PRODUCER/WRITER - This week’s guest is MARCUS WINTERS. Marcus currently attends the
American Film Institute (AFI), where he is in the MFA Producing program. As an undergraduate, Marcus attended
North Carolina A&T State University, Texas A & M University-Commerce and holds a Master of Arts in
Liberal Studies from Dartmouth College, where he studied screenwriting, directing, and documentary film.
He most recently traveled to Kenya, Africa to direct and produce an independent short documentary about
Kibera, Africa's largest slum, directed and produced the short documentary, "Native Americans At Dartmouth"
and worked on Helen Hood Scheer's documentary feature, "Jump" which explores the world of competitive jump
rope.
