On this week's episode, Bruce and Wayne had special guest Ashley Goralski. She started her career pursuing nursing but over time she began to lean more toward real estate and is now part of a team of residential realtors. Before she started her own group she was previously working for a real estate company and was one of their top workers. Ashely represents both buyers and sellers when it comes to purchasing and selling homes. Asley takes meetings with potential clients to try and make sure that they are a good fit and that they can be effective together. Later in the program, Bruce asked her about certain aspects of the Zillow website. She also goes over the process she has with clients when it comes to meeting their needs and finding the house that they are looking for. They also talk about the current housing market and how high-interest rates have impacted those wanting to purchase a home There is hope that the rates will drop. Additionally, Ashley also has a long history of training people and investing in people's lives to help prepare them to do their best in their chosen line of work.
