In this week's episode, Bruce and Wanye had a special guest Mark Jones, who is a salesman extraordinaire and has helped expand his section of the company, Saladmaster. He started his career being a salesman in 1994. He shared how this avenue allowed him to coach how to sell a product but also acquire coach life skills. Mark also discusses how to emotionally connect with people so the teaching and knowledge have better soil to take root. All discuss how their faith has given them direction in their life and a foundation for their work. This is a great listen and has great insight on how to be personable with your work and how to be a great leader in the workplace and out of the workplace.
