This week's episode of the concierge coaches show has Bruce and Wayne come together to discuss various topics. Wayne opens up about the importance of forming relationships. You never know when it can turn into something special. Bruce discusses the challenges of dealing with unreliable clients in coaching. He goes into detail on how to make sure your time isn't wasted and creates more of an incentive for the client to follow through with the appointment. Bruce also talks about a trial he assisted with and talks about his role in that and how he prepares for that. Later in the program, Wayne talks about important ways to ask questions and to try and get to the answer you are ready for. He also talks about a Florida trip he is going to, to help train different employees. He emphasizes people skills and how to ask the right question and avoid inappropriate comments, this comes through trial and error. This is a very informative episode as it pertains to people skills and dealing with difficult situations within the workforce. A key theme is "trial and error", which ultimately leads to better results and self-improvement. However, both require a strong work ethic and persistence.
