You may not be aware, but our days on market have increased from forty two days up to sixty four days. What does that mean? That means it's taking sixty four days from start to finish to sell a home versus forty two. That's an increase of over 50% this time this year versus this time last year. So the bottom line is it's still a seller's market, but sellers are having a tougher time if their home isn't in tip top shape.
