Well if you're thinking about selling your home, it's really important to make sure you have no burned out bulbs. What happens is on professional photography day, the photographer comes in, they take pictures of your home, and typically we ask to have most of your lights on. So those pictures are light and bright. Well, if you have burned out bulbs already that sends a message to the buyer that maybe that seller hasn't paid extra attention to detail or maybe that seller hasn't properly maintained their home. So today, it's all about those light bulbs. Make sure all your light bulbs are functioning before you have professional photography if you're putting your home on the market for sale.
