Since Exodus, the Law has sought to address the rebellion of man with the intent of driving us to an awareness of our sin and the need for God�s grace. But sin adapts quickly, converting the Law of awareness into a creed of self-righteousness which binds people to dogmas that hold them estranged from God. It is into this world that Jesus crashes as the Revolutionary, bearing a New Exodus, a New Creation and a New Covenant. As Jesus ascends the mount He brings with Him the Manifesto.
