The latest: Sony has made a bid for Bungie. Last week, it was Microsoft making a play for Activision Blizzard. And that WarnerMedia/Discovery deal is still hanging out there. 

But wait. Are all of these mergers and acquisitions good for business? Are these companies simply diversifying their portfolios, or are they turning into monopolies? And what's the current administration planning to do about it.
