Artist and writer George Pérez passed away Friday night at his home after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. He had been on hospice care for a while after deciding to forego any more treatments and let the cancer run its course. Frequent updates from friend Constance let everyone know that he appreciated all of the prayers, well wishes, and fond memories.
