You read that right; what you eat most certainly determines how fulfilled you are going to be in your life. Let's face it: we all need food to live. So with all of the contradicting information out there about what is good for you and what isn't, how often you should eat, what diets you should be on, and a bunch of other overwhelming "tips", it can be tough to find a diet that leads to optimal health, achieving your goals, and a fulfilling life.

In this episode, Ryan and I talk about what diet you should follow that will lead to the most fulfilling life for you. We also share our experience trying out various different diets, some science behind why some diets work and why some don't, and some tips on how to STICK a diet (if that is the route you choose)
