Jeanine Molloff brings us a report on the retrial of Scott Warren.
If Warren is convicted on the two felony migrant harboring charges,
he could face up to 10 years in prison. Unhappy with the results of
the first trial, where Warren was acquitted by the jury, the government
has decided to retry him for helping rescue asylum seekers.
We also have three guests Harriet Lehrman, the former legislator
and progressive broadcaster known widely as the "VOICE OF THE PEOPLE".
