Simone Dewar is a Poet and Author who hails from Kingston, Jamaica. She is a proud mother of two girls and now finally feels like she has found her root within herself. In her silence she envisions her poetry as fruits. Simone's tagline is “Fruittreeforever blessed! I can give you fruits but you have to do the rest.” There was a process or journey to her tree of life: She felt deceived and constantly distracted in her outer world and innately started to seek refuge within her own Tree of truth through meditation and prayer. She felt the need to be alone and after awhile found her truth through writing and poetry. Her fruits (poems) started flowing through her tree and this love affair with her paper and pen started and became like breathing.
Simone Fruittree Dewar is a living and breathing poet who feels the need to not only write but speak her truth as well on platforms on social media and YouTube. The brand “Fruittree” has several bi-products out “Fruits & Truth” which is a poetry book and a Children's Book called “My Favourite Fruits of the Day”formatted as an E Book and Paperback Book is uploaded on amazon.com. She released earlier this year a debut EP called “Thoughts” which is on all digital platforms. Her latest project “ Carry Her Burdens” a short novel is also available in paperback and kindle on the Amazon platform.
