Welcome back, baddies!
According to the instagram question box it looks like a lot of us are working through some tough body image days so this week I wanted to hopefuloly bring a different perspective to body (bawdyyy) image that maybe you haven't considered before.
I also tried to give some very tangible ways to navigate some of the tough days and give language to the social situations that bring up discomfort in our bodies.
Friendly reminder, as the weather gets warmer, your body deserves the joy of the warm sun on a beach day, feeling the breeze on your legs in that dress and those shorts bcause clothes are made for our bodies, our bodies are not made for only certain clothes.
I hope this brings you moments of self awareness in your body and some peace in navigating the hard body image days.
