Welcome back, Boo Thangs!

I discovered while recording this episode that this is one of my favorite topics, shame. You will learnt his episode why I find such healing in speaking on it. I started off with a real talk teacher vibe check and what I'm watching/listening too this week.

Shame is very personal, but it's also a universal feeling we have as humans. I tried my best to not make this a Brene Brown fanclub episode but when discussing shame and vulnerability there's really no better person to talk about (or with!, hi vision board, how tf are ya?)

I felt it was important to start off the discussion by explaining the difference beetween shame and guilt so that we can gain better understanding and give language that connects our journey and stories we are telling ourselves. My hope for this episode is that you leave with a different perspective on shame and ways to give yourself permission to start having those hard conversations with yourself. I share a few things I've done that has been helpful in approaching this journey.

As always, your reviews, downloads, follows, and shares are appreciated and help me, help you! Sources mentioned in this episode are below.
