Self compassion is so hard! WHY!? This week I talk about new perspectives on why self compassion is difficult in hopes that you can look at this through a different lens. A lens that empowers you to take action and feel capable of making the shift when you need and put self criticism on the back burner.
I came across Dr. Neff's pillars of self compassion through the Google machine and connected with so much of her work so I share some of that this week and highly reccommend diving in to her website if you need you need omre guidance outlined for you!
