HELLO HELLOOO BADDIESSS
This week I wanted to give some body feels realness and ackniwledge what I've been having trouble working through and how I am working on being more conciencious of how its effected my daily life AND how I've shown up online. Body image is a beast and so many factors outside our body often dictates how we feel and it doesn't have to be like that!
Let's put that shit down and lean into romanticizing the daily parts of life that are sweet among the sour and be aware of where shifts need to be made and ACTION needs to be taken to work through it
