Bob begins teaching his "covenant" series about the Biblical covenants between God and man. This first discussion starts at the creation of of Adam and Eve as children of God created in the image of God, perfect and complete. They were to manage and protect the earth and all living creatures for eternity and to be fruitful and multiply. Adam and Eve's seduction by the " serpent" and their sin by eating the forbidden fruit "desirable for obtaining wisdom" led to their loss of position and the fall, and death and disease for humanity. Their fall led to the ground being cursed, hard labor for food, and their sin affected their provision and protection and brought enmity to their descendants. And in Genesis 3:15 because of God's geat love and mercy for man, God reveals His covenant and promise of Salvation.
