In 2012 my Brother tried to take his own life. His plan was to drive his car full speed into a brick wall. The car flipped but he survived. He was really struggling but didn't feel like he could ask for help. My Brother is my everything and he is the reason I started The Positive Vibe Movement. This mental health stuff isn't something we talk about because it's now popular to talk about, we really live this everyday. My Brother always knew he was going to share his story when he was ready. Today he opened up and talked about it for the first time. We hope this Episode lets others know they aren't alone and that you should never give up, no matter what.
