Mike made it back from his fishing trip up Nort’ and told us about his weekend adventures of valor and bravery, rescuing a ship and its sailors who were doomed to drown in the frigid and dangerous waters of Lake Kabetogama. All this talk about bravery and honor were a great springboard into our discussion today. We shared a story from NPR about President Barak Obama’s recent podcast appearance, where discusses what it means to be a man. This was a catapult into the discussion about the continued attacks, by progressive culture, on masculinity, manhood, the patriarchy and—in essence—God’s good design for Biblical Manhood in the world and in the church.
