Hello Pilgrims and welcome back to the podcast.
Well we’re one week into the war between Russia and Ukraine and the only thing we’ve been able to validate as truth, so far, is just how impossible it is to validate the truth.
In the age of misinformation, manipulation and continually shifting moral sands, it can be increasingly difficult to walk as victors. However, that’s exactly how God wants us to walk.
The issue isn’t who wins, but rather making intentional efforts to walk in faith and confidence in God’s faithfulness to his promises, in order that we might be people of hope in a hopeless world.
Regardless how difficult it is to interpret or understand what is happening, things are playing out exactly as God—in his sovereignty—knew they would and permitted them to unfold; for our good and his glory.
So Mike and I spent nearly the entire podcast making our appeal to you, Pilgrims, to walk as children of the light. Sharing the truth but doing so in a way that shows the same kind of compassion and love for the lost that Jesus has.
