Rose Water Gimlet:

• 1/2 oz Rose water
• 1/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 1/2 oz Gin
• Club Soda

1. Mix all ingredients except club soda with together with ice
2. Strain into a champagne flute
3. Top with Club Soda
4. Garnish with a Lemon twist
