Description

I've had many clients over the years who have requested my help in teaching them how to control their tempers. "I lose my temper and feel terrible. I need to learn how to control it." My response to them is this, "Not everything you lose needs to be found, your temper being a perfect example. Some things are better left 'unfound'. So if you lose it, lose it for good." It's not difficult to do but there are a few things one must know such as why people really get angry.
