We really enjoyed speaking to Thomas Rogers this week. Tom is a Head of History, classroom teacher of 10 years and columnist for the TES. He teaches in an International School in Spain. We spoke about the importance of teaching history and Tom's views on enabling great teachers to stay in the classroom instead of automatically being funnelled into leadership roles.
