There seems to be a movement to point out plastic in our waterways. A recent study suggests we have 7.5 tons of plastic in our waterways. After one such study similar to this in Washington D.C., they instituted a PLASTIC BAG TAX that's costing taxpayers and businesses millions of dollars! Is that coming here?
