Wrong, these people are local. Second, it was a "parking garage." Wrong, it's a four story office building. Next, it was "changing the fabric of Shem Creek." Wrong! You can't see it from Shem Creek. Now, the messenger of truth, me, Bryan Crabtree is a "mouthpiece for developers creating another housing bubble." Wrong, I barely know the people building the garage and here's my real question on that: How does an office building have anything do with the housing market? Don't you realize that this area is going to change whether we like it or not? We are one of the fastest growing cities in the South and if we don't start embracing it, we're going to end up with gridlock. Audio with the developer about the lies and the truth:
