Here's an exchange from a Mt. Pleasant community discussing their stupid Trash Cans. Wonder where the sense of community went in our Nation? It went the way of some Nazi HOA manager who is power hungry sending out fines, walking the neighborhood with clipboards, sending owners time-date stamped photos of their trash can staying out past dinner. This is what creates the real wars between neighbors and it should be outlawed not just locally, but by our state as a form of Harassment. This exchange is regarding whether a trash can should sit next to a garage or behind the fence.
